TREASURER’S REPORT
At the end of March, the Local Ministry Fund had a year-to-date total income of $26,949 compared to expenses of $65,042 for a deficit of $38,093.
At the end of March, the Endowment Fund had a year-to-date “Book Value” gain of $54,536.
Wesley received $596.52 from The United Church of Canada’s Insurance (First Insurance), which resulted from a premium overpayment in 2023, because of a December 1, 2023, New Policy Start.
In March, Wesley received $2,400 from Horseshoe Falls Regional Council to cover Pulpit Supply when Lennox is away on HFRC business. The money covers the years 2024 and 2025 and is held in Trust (see Status of Funds Report).
For the first time in several years, some money was spent on Youth activities. At the end of March, the Youth Trust had $936 remaining.
